Viereisessä kuvassa on näyttö Valtakunnansyyttäjän virastosta saadusta Hirvelän nimikirjaotteen etulehdestä; nimikirjaotteessa on sivuja kaikkiaan seitsemän.

Tarkan, jopa summittaisen vertailunkin perusteella voidaan todennäköisin syin epäillä, että valtionsyyttäjä Päivi Hirvelä on antanut harhaanjohtavaa tietoa tuomarintehtäviksi luokiteltavista virkasuhteistaan hakemuksessaan Euroopan ihmisoikeustuomioistuimen tuomariksi.

Tuntuu oudolta: Julkisessa keskustelussa ministereiltä vaaditaan rehellisyyttä mm.  tv-lupamaksuissa; sitä vastoin EIO:n ihmisoikeustuomarin virkaan voidaan nimittää filungista  epäilty oikeusoppinut.

Toisaalta,  EU-Suomen hallinto- ja lainkäytön moraali on muutoinkin epämääräisessä laatutasossa.
